My Service Packages are as follows:
Staging Consultation
This is a basic consultation, where I will meet with your client and give them a workable plan to get their home in proper presentation for the listing. I typically spend 1.5 hours with the client. Some of my realtor clients pay me directly for this service, and offer it to the seller as an incentive to secure the listing
Highly Detailed Staging Strategy
In this service, I meet with your client and put together a comprehensive, room by room detailed plan that the homeowner then puts into play. Think of this as a detailed professional blueprint for success for your client’s home. Some of my realtor clients also pay me directly for this service, and offer it to the seller as an incentive to secure the listing
Full staging engagement
In this service, I take service package #2 above, and take it to the next level by enhanding the home with my own inventory of decorative accessories (custom floral arrangements, silk trees, area rugs, large mirrors, tasteful pictures, pottery, pillows, lamps, mirrors, beautiful bedding if needed for master bedroom, decorative towels, and other items) and professionally stage the home with my assistant. We use the owner’s existing furniture, etc as a baseline, and have access to rent additional furniture as necessary
If needed, I am also skilled at helping pick out carpet, paint colors, granite, tile etc, and have relationships with outstanding local contractors who provide these services
