Jackie is one of the most active independent home stagers in Orange County California, AFFORDABLY staging over 100 homes since launching her business. Her skills are highly sought after, especially with the recent downturn in real estate, where realtors and sellers need every imaginable edge to properly prepare a home for sale. Jackie learned the staging business the hard way, through multiple corporate moves across the country, where she staged and helped her realtor sell homes in every type of challenging market. This included selling homes in Aurora and Denver Colorado during the FHA foreclosure disaster, Sacramento and Los Angeles during the California real estate downturn of the early 90’s, Cleveland Ohio – where it’s always hard to sell a house - and Richmond Virginia, which has it’s own uniqueness. She put her practical experience to work in Southern California, founding “HomeStaging by Jackie” – which is focused directly on helping realtors and homeowners market their properties via an effective and AFFORDABLE staging strategy.
Jackie is also an active real estate investor, owning investment property in California, South Carolina, and Florida. In addition to real estate, Jackie has twenty years of experience working with customers in direct selling environments, including Professional Recruiting, and High Technology sales, with customer sets ranging from small entrepreneurs to implementing multi million dollar business solutions with large multi national Corporations like Unisys, Bank of America, US West Telecommunications, and Burger King International. She is also actively involved in fundraising, developing initiatives with friends which have netted over $1,000,000 for organizations like The Village of Hope in Orange County California, and ChildHelp USA in Virginia
