3D Animation & Compositing: Park Grill
We'll folks, this is my first 3D project in quite a while. I think the last one was about a year and a half ago. Anyway, this one is a project I came up with to work on my modeling, lighting, texturing, and compositing skills. I wanted a simple object to work on first with each project getting more complex. I was hiking through the park and saw a grill. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to do it. So here it is. You can check my daily reports for updates on the project and the project summary report for a rap-up when I am done with it.
Software Used: Gimp, Blender
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As quickly as possible model, light, texture an object to be composited into a photograph. Match the virtual camera to the real camera. Make the object look real like it was in the original photo. Clean and alter, as needed, the original photo to make it more appealing to the eye.
